CardioVascular
Cardio means Cardiovascular exercise. Cardiovascular health, relates to the health of the heart and blood vessels. Its important to work out your heart to prevent any heart diseases . Its also important to do cardiovascular activities to avoid obesity. All people should do a cardio activity at least five times a week.
Their are many cardiovascular activities you can do . Some cardiovascular activities are walking, running, dancing, and sprinting. Every cardio activity should begin with a three to five minute warm-up and a five minute cool-down. Your heart is worked up when you have more movements like jumping ,dancing, and etc. Your heart is less worked up when there's less movement involed with the activity / exercise.
You can live a healthier life by doing cardio. Cardiovascular activities help you prevent heart diseases. Its really good for everyone to do a simple cardiovascular activity/exercise such as walking. Over the summer im going to make sure I do a simple cardio exercise. Exercising will help make sure you stay healthy, and not getting overweight or any other disease.
